any idea what kind of poop this is?? its on the porch in many different spots of a log cabin. (new home). there like small toilets in about 5 spots on the front deck and the back deck.

There are some seed hulls in the top photo too. Looks like a hair by the poo next to downspout.

There are no tracks around? Is it fresh or dried up? Could it be a coon that ate to much rich food?

ive never seen coon dump that looked like pellets.. really strange.. i mean the piles are used night after night... i searched around the area looking for the "fruit" that seems to be in the poop. couldnt find any. the guy has one feeder off the back deck hung about 15" up off the ground by his railing. no seeds on the ground that i could see. really thick lawn... so you cant see any tracks... will post a photo of the house.

the critters have been walking around the back deck. thats where a lot of the poop piles are. the top photo there is piles right in front of the front door.

The poop looks REALLY old and dried out. Is it dried out? looks like a berry crap that is super dried up. I have no first hand experience with porkys but that chewing was impressive! I"ve seen ground hogs chew on treated lumber before so my guess is either g-hog or porky.

i did put a camera out today... along with a porky set-up and coon set-ups... im gonna figure this out yet. those porkies ate the heck out of the underside of that porch. just like beavers.

If you catch a snapshot of the mystery critter in the middle of a blasto....I will send you steak dinner.

Been eating choke cherrys . I don't think what's going on under the deck has anything to do with whats on top . Should be some brown porky pellets under the deck . Your lucky working that area .

i thought the choke cherries too.. but couldnt find the source anywhere.. he does have auto-sprinklers.. but they wouldnt spray on his deck.. at least i wouldnt think so. no porky pellets under the deck that i could find. im guessing... (just a guess) possums and coons, with the porky coming in for a snack on the wood under the deck. it hasnt touched any of the deck.. just the wood under it.

i get some really nice places up here to work on. i live in Paradise...
