We do see this in the spring sometimes ,I think they freeze some times and lose there hair , not sure how that one froze we never had winter , they do pay the same

It is so simple , It is a nawga without a doubt. I am sure everyone has heard of hawgahide. Most folks think it means artificial leather but a lot of trappers have been targeting nawgas for a long time now. They are sold behind the curtain and you will never see the price on NAFA or Fur Harvesters but they both sell a lot of them. Mostly captured in Michigan. IF you cross them with a oppossum your can keep them alive and they will shed every three months with a sell-able nawgahide. maybe I got that mixed up with Hal Sullivans Snake-Opposum cross, oh well back to beer and whisky

The only difference between Michigan and Wisconsin is the spelling. I've been secretly harvesting naugas for years. I've been mulling over the idea of breeding them in captivity but they're such prolific breeders that I'm afraid I'll flood the market. A lot of naugahydes are smuggled into Mexico every year and turned into custom car seats. If you're having trouble finding them on the internet, just Google naugahyde; made only in the U.S.A.
