mine covers all the above ( i suppose non target kills are what i'm thinking of although i've never had it happen and thru proper use of the right tools for the situation and common sense it shouldn't happen). NWCOA is where mine comes from. you can google them and find it

I have no idea what any of my 57 insurance policies cover. I have never been able to read that particular language but I do pay a guy called an "Insurance Agent" a lot of money to translate.

All About How To Get Wildlife Control Liability Insurance For Animal Pest Control Trapping Companies

I have a list of companies that have been reported to me that write insurance for our industry. I also have three related podcasts one by gene Bell who explains about everything you need to know about liability insurance. I also have a podcast that explains the current insurance program offered by NWCO in Jim Paces own words and a third one on Dealing With Insurance Claims- Getting paid for doing attic cleanups.

Hope this helps you out HAT!

On a related subject. Spoke to Jim Pace recently about homeowners vs. business insurance. Not sure how it works exactly with the nuisance stuff, but the indication is that if you conduct a business in an out building, that building and contents that was once covered by your homeowners policy for many thousands is now basically uncovered when you move from personal to commercial without getting a commercial policy. Jim said my shop is now insured for a mere $2500, building and contents, a whole lot like nothing. Something you might need to know if you have a loss and are expecting all to be covered under the old homeowners policy as usual.

On another related subject, when you see natural disaster like we just had in Texas, don't just feel sorry for those people. Also feel sorry for yourself. You and I will be paying for that reconstuction. Take a look at your latest homeowner's policy if you don't believe me. My deductible went from $500 to $1000 and my premium did not go down.
