The cross has no protection as progoose said. On all my goose jobs I am asked to not leave them in the gene pool. If I don't eat them I feed the hungry. I sometimes give them to a family like Pesky's for ornamental purposes and pets.

As an expert on how the Federal government works ( I pay Federal taxes ) I can tell you exactly what to do. You can legally shoot the goose in the picture but it must be shot in the head. ( That's quite obviously the domestic part ) If you hit him in the rear end you will be placed under arrest. The Federal government has been put in charge of rear ends ever since we elected one president! You mean the half-breed one? He's not a native species either.
