Call them.
If done properly and you are "somewhat" close, it works really well.
You are mimicing a mother raccoon. Takes some practice and a litter of hungrey scared babies works a lot too in your favor.
A student of mine was a master at this.If they are old enough to crawl, (eyes open 3 weeks
or more)
they will come right to you,
regardless of where they are!
That said,
if they are less than 3 weeks, you run a high risk of them dying and then you've got a whole different sennario, usally one you don't want!
This is the risk you run, when you are not accomlished at every asspect of animal removel....catching a raccoon in a cage trap is fairly easy, most of the time....removing the young from the depths of (Wherever...), ahhh, should've thought that one through....
Always the first sign of a true novice!
Rush in, catch the mother, now what? ALWAYS KNOW WHERE THE YOUNG ARE FIRST!
