I was approached by my local new paper because they wanted to do a trapping article. I was a little skeptical at first because of the bad publicity which can result. After I met with the author and found out she was legitimate, I agreed. She accompanied me one cold morning and ran my trap line. The end result is this very positive article on trappers and trapping. I would encourage all of you to maybe talk with yur local news papers and see if they interested in doing a trapping article. I think it is a good way to show more of the positve things we trappers are proud of.
