I know this has been discussed on here before, but I need to change my concrete floor set-up.
I'm in the process of trying to clean it right now. What a job!
I'm thinking a sheet of plastic under the skinning area and fleshing beam.
What do you think?

Concrete??? What is that?? hahaha
I would use cardboard or sawdust.

saw dust i put it down even before i start quik sweep when im done, throw down some fresh down then im ready when i come in from the line. I then burn it along with the carcasses. I tried card board but it started to get sloppy and waring holes in it. keeping extra around to replace soiled card board took up too much space and was cumbersom to handle. so i went to the saw dust takes up hardly any room and is a breeze to handle.

I use card board and spread some sawdust around to soak up any renegade blood. Sucks on ice when you drop a half-fleshed coon on it, but it scrapes off.

I will be looking at getting some epoxy paint for my floor here some time down the road. I think that would work good as it wont let it stain the floor and i can add a aint slip in it also

cardboard and sawdust here. Seems like a lot of people use this method. It is pretty easy to clean. I know a friend who uses that epoxy paint and he really likes it. Never delt with the stuff myself however.
…but what do I know I am just a guy who wears Scent-Lok…

A kiddie pool picked up on trash day and a bag of cheap cat litter. Drys and deodorizes and slides where you want it!

More great ideas!! Thanks!
Schools have tons of sawdust as the school year starts up. I will check at them.
Unique idea Seldom. My otter sled would work well after looking at your pic.
Maybe a combo of cardboard, sawdust, and some sort of wide "pan" to keep things under control.
