I did find out that in McGrath, they require a Development Permit for any new Business. A mere technicality

They try to require it. It's no problem to just ignore them.

Yup kinda like a building permit here you want to make a addition build a shop whatever just do it and no we will not see a building inspector of any kind if we did get a permit

Got the tour guide book sent to me from Florida about the different towns to check out. Sent out for the SC Book and the Tour guide book from AZ. What I am looking for now, is a book on the different towns in Alaska to move to. Is there such a book ? Would Alaska department of Tourism ( or whatever it is called) have something like that ?
