Dobbins Products - Order Information

Thank you for your interest in ordering from Dobbins Products

Our secure shopping cart not only is equipped for credit card orders, it can also help speed your telephone or mail order.

All Orders: Click on the Add to Order button each time you'd like to make a purchase. A window will appear with the addition of each item, allowing you to make changes in the number of items purchased. In some instances, there will be a drop-down menu asking for your selection (example: center locators). You can then choose to continue shopping or checkout. For each new customer, a window will appear asking for your zip code. This enables us to charge correct shipping costs. Please include your e-mail address with all orders so we may notify you of any additional postage charges. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

Book Orders: All books will be mailed to you at no cost. No Shipping fees are required. Our shopping cart program automatically calculates shipping, but we will deduct the cost from your credit card. If you are sending a mail-in order, please check with us for exact shipping costs prior to sending your order.

Credit Card Orders: Upon viewing the Checkout window, you can choose to pay your order by Visa or MasterCard. A secure window will appear in which to record your information. We process our own credit cards, so there is no "middle man" or hidden charges.

Mail Orders: Simply use the cart as you would with a credit card, clicking the Add to Order button for each item you'd like to purchase. Upon Checkout, choose the Pay By Mail option. Your order will be on file at our office awaiting payment by credit card, check or money order.

Telephone Orders: Again, use the cart as you would with a credit card. Upon checkout, choose the Pay by Phone option. Your order will be on file at our office awaiting your call to give us credit card information. For telephone orders, please call us a 919-580-0621.

Shipping Charges: In the event your order requires additional shipping charges, we will notify you by e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged until you confirm the additional shipping. If paying by mail, be sure to check with us regarding shipping prior to sending payment. Any shipping charges applied for books and videos will be deducted from your order. We charge close to actual shipping charges for orders one pound and under.
