I agree and they are easy to use. Mine are all bent in advance.

A 120 is an adequate trap for Marten !

120s will more than do the trick, i use mostly 160s and 220s because we catch more fisher than marten.

Im getting back in to martin trapping after almost 20 years. I noticed that martin are now being skinned only down to the feet. When did that change happen and is there a penalty from the buyer one way or another?

No penalty that I have heard of. I still leave all the feet on.

One would think that the "tanned fur market" would want them with the feet on as well.

white17, did you ever think of selling them for the tanning market?

no, dont nail them in, if ya just bend your springs, up or down depending on dog position, they will hold the trap in place.

Not wanting to burst anyone's bubble here......BUT,

The PINE Marten is a European Marten, as is the Stone Marten. It is not the same as an American Marten ( Martes americana), which by the way, is what trappers in North America catch. ;\)

To call it a "Pine Marten" is a miscue....much like calling a walleye, a walleyed pike...which it is not!
