Besides, I made more money on that one job than most people will make on their entire fur check this year.
It really doesn't matter to me what they choose to live with or not. My point is that if the fur or meat has no value, I'm not going to kill the animal. Your laws are different than ours. If I kill a bear out of season it sure doesn't go to the landfill. I am required to skin it and present it to F&G. It's state property. There is still some value to it. What about road kills? A lot of those have value too.
Animals are not commodities, they are living critters. I believe we owe them the respect to make use of them if we are going to kill them. It's not my business if you think otherwise. Nor is it your business if I think FHA could have worded their statement differently. IMO, they should have said something to the effect of 'be selective in what you trap'.
