I'm looking for something I can cook outside with. I may want to take it camping so a portable power source is prefered. I am going to boil large quantities of crawfish as well as deep fry lot's of fish this summer for fish fries. Once in awhile I'll probably want to use it for heating a couple gallons of liquid and dipping them in this. Not sure what I'm looking for here. Any suggestions?

Their site is spendy, but will give you an idea of what you are looking for. You can get them (different brands) at Walmart with all the accessories needed to do what you are asking.

yup . a turkey fryer is the way to go . you can do everything from fryn' fish to boil your traps!
