Nutoy Nutoy trapper Registered: 12/22/06 Posts: 367 Loc: East Tx	Buzz, I have both hangers and racks in mine. I made some wall mounts that my hanging rods slip into. I have them at two levels with a temperature probe at each level that goes to an outside dial so I know what my temp is at each level inside the smoker. I had a sheet of leftover 1/2" heavy stainless steel expanded metal from a project and cut it to fit the inside of the smoker. It rest on top of the hanging rods. Make any sense?
