You did it all wrong man. Mice are supposed to be skinned open and stretched on a minature hoop. You have to admit that would be impressive to see. Just giving you more ideas to pass the time.LOL Probably make the hoop out of toothpicks or something.LOL

Neat post. I have skinned and stretched several moles round like beaver. Stretch them on carboard with pins, dust them with borax and let them dry and they will last pretty well. They have very nice soft fur but a really unique funky smell. I have one right now that I intended to hoop on some small willow limbs, just haven't gotten it done yet. I think a mole would make a good addition to a mouse fur or a scaled down trapper's cabin.

LOL Hmmmmm ... mouse size conibears would be intersting! I prefer footholds : Stake the trap well, as they will pump the stake as seen in the photo. A heavy chain helps to tire them out. One can fabricate inline shock springs from old ballpoint pen springs and paperclips if desired, or just double stake. Walk-through blind sets against vertical structure seem to be effective. Pan tension of 1 ounce will eliminate most smaller non-targets such as crickets and centipedes and will consistently produce a preferred hind foot catch. Good luck..... ;-) Mike
LOL..nice pics
