went back to the dentist and got some antibiotic for and infection from where he pulled a tooth last thursday. then had a health fair thing at work so I went and prob a good thing I did. they took my bp then headed me off to a corner and told me I had to go see a doc today or go to the er, my bp was 220/124 not good they even called the docs office and sent me straight there. so i'm starting on bp meds and working on quiting smoking. on the bright side my sugar was great and so was my bad cholesterol.

My B/P usually goes up when I see my dental bill as well, lol.

durn dentist yanked out one of mine two days ago, felt much better until tonight lol, looks like he is gonna yank another few.

Rags, follow the Drs orders even if you dont want to. Your life literally depends on it.
High blood pressure is nothign to play with.

Strokes result from it all the time and many people dont make it as a result.

Youre lucky you know and can keep an eye on it.

yea I'll watch it close and take my meds as told. the grandkids need me around a few more years to teach them the finer things in life (trapping, hunting, fishing, gardening ).

A friend of mine 49 years old was conplaining of shortness of breath and a fast heart beat...that was on friday...he put off going to the doc....well monday morning they found my best friend DEAD in bed...heart attack...at 49.....scary....keep a close watch on your self...
