It doesn't use Paul's bandwidth....it will use the bandwidth of the host...in this case, photobucket.com
Some users (particularly those outside the US) may be concerned with their own bandwidth as well. I believe this contributed to the sig pic, and regular picture size limits (aside from the obvious pain).
For those folks....they just need not open the video. Opening the thread won't hurt though....as I do not believe there is any way to "autoplay" a posted video.
The post above is nothing but a hyperlink to an off site file, that is opened when clicked.
