Canning, smoking cooking books

My girlfriend wants to get me a birthday present. And since she said no to a new truck and/or boat. I figured maybe a couple good books for wild game and fish cooking would be a good bet. The more she likes eating the stuff I get the more I will go. So what are some good books that I might have missed for preparing fish and wild game. Thanks
