need a beaver recipe and steps for preperation

Hey, guys my coyote trapping season has just about ended which means that I am going to switch over to beaver and I want to try cooking them this year. I haven't cooked them before so I don't know how to prepare them or how to cook them. replies would be much appreciated

If there is a crock pot recipe I would be open ears as well
