Favorite degreaser for raccoon?

I am looking for guidance for a degreaser for raccoon. Van Dykes has biodegradable degreaser. I have fleshed raccoon pelts in the freezer (8 or 10) and plan to do better this season. Last year I got 18 and my goal this year is 20 for tanning.
