I have some more photos of things I need I.D.'d.. Some seeds of some sort I found in some scat & some mushrooms. I think I have the wood ear I.d.'d but not 100%

mushrooms can only be positively identified by a spore print

I have another plant/root I need to identify. If anyone know what it is or where I might be able to find the answer I'd appreciate the info

I'm sorry I can't identify your plants with any certainty, but always recommend you place something like a coin or pen in the picture with your sample so there is some reference as to scale.
The plant in the fifth pic (on the right) might be a perennial, bleeding heart. My degree is in hort but I forgot most of my perennnial classes from almost 30 years ago!
