Black trumpets mushroom

Anyone hunted these little devils. Very tasty and very difficult to find. Found a few for the first time ever a few weeks ago. I made my wish...

I enjoy them very much but those suckers are easy to walk past. It's odd that when I find them they are either huge and really spred out or they are small and clumped together.

I hear ya bro. Very difficult to spot. Id have to say one of the hardest mushrooms to find. Imo. Keep your head down and keep on a trucking. But go slow cause you'll miss it.
