wild edible and medicinal mushrooms

Ladies and gents,

Any ideas where one could sell wild edible and medicinal mushrooms? My primary buyers have respectively gone out of business. Im located in south jersey and had buyers in NYC as well as philly.

Other question:

Is there still a market for gautheria procumbens (wintergreen) leaves and berries? Cedar leaves and bark?
