Iowa ginseng buyers (looking for)

Hey apparently there was some stuff going on with my buyer and he isnt doing it, thats my understanding. Is there a list that the dnr has that I could get? Does anyone know of anyone in Northeast Iowa?

I was but they arent buying Iowa ginseng. Something with the legal garbage. Then to Jeff Sargent and looks like he got in a little legal trouble with it (google it) Now Don I think I am going to have to get it certified and send it to you ! Seriously! Its crazy!! That root in your profile Don How long was that age stem? I found one this year that was 6.5 inches long!! Unreal! I will pm for details. Goggle the names and see how much trouble ginseng buyers can get into ! WOW! It is pretty serious if you dont follow the rules!

Kevin that root had 57 years growth on it. I was 57 when I dug it. I dug it along an old railroad grade that went through a woods. It came out of a cinder bed. If you can't find anybody, I will buy it if it is certified.
They raided me 4 years ago. Didn't get anything on me. They raided me like they do drug dealers. Came here at 6 am and stayed until 9;30am. Went through all my personal stuff. clothes closets, chest of drawers, freezers, outbuildings, trucks, attic, you name it, they was in it.I felt violated when they left. The same day, they raided all the seng buyers in my state. 3 got into big trouble. I had 8 pieces of ginseng I used for teaching people what and how to handle root. They took pictures of that stuff, then 3 months later they sent me a letter that said the root had to be in a non opening case. What a crock.

Tax dollars at work Don!! They are out of control!!! Thats a cool story on the root It ws born the same time as you!!! Love it. i found one the other day the growth stem was 6 1/2 inches long. That was green. I walked around holding it for 2 hours fascinated by it. I am such a ginseng geek!!
