hello guys, i am new here. been reading for awhile and todat is my first post. I am 41 yrs old live in the mountains of pa. and love to hunt seng, been doing it for 30 years. love reading everybodys posts. today i sold 2 lbs. 12ozs. of root. got $500 a lb. $1375.00 nice check. still have about 4 lbs still drying, seems to take forever in this cool weather. hope price holds up. wondering what everybody else is getting?????

i was shocked also. maybe he knows something and its going upthe place was called cher-o-kee fur post. hopwood pa near union town.

ny, penn is higher grade root wis even higher than central or southern root

hey panax hunter, i dont do seng but i know t n t furtraders in crabtree gives me the best fur prices. i would try there also. i live close to uniontown. never looked for seng but i find #s and #s of morels.
