Mushroom ID ?

Found these growing on my chip pile from some stumps I ground.
Trying to ID
Anything to help is appreciated.

I spend my spare time searching , nothing yet.
Only thing i can think to do is search photos .
Got thru one site, that was N/E US . Saw one close.

Wonder if they will cure a headache ??

couldn't find anything in my book.

It' growing in some treestump chips.
Right at the mixline Chinese Elm and Box Elder.
