Ground up rat meat

What is a good price to put on ground up muskrat meat? I don't have much to grind but would like to sell some.

Also, beaver meat now that I caught one yesterday.

Just for a reference. I see where one trapping business sells beaver meat, ground and preserved for $49 for 2 gallons.
