Sore neck - 01/14/20 02:52 PM
I've been walking around looking down for bobcat tracks a lot the last 2 weeks, and have a sore kneck. That's what I attribute it to. Anyone else have same problem?

I did at the end of the day after cutting hay all day awhile back.

I do the same thing and when wearing a cap or hat that blocks some of my overhead vision, I sometimes walk into an unseen overhead tree limb and bump my head. The collision knocks my head backward and slightly downward. That jolt is felt in the neck causes some neck ache for a few days.

There's an amazing chiropractor that I have been to that specializes in neck problems. Coder chiropractic.

I haven't found a solution other than to avoid looking down for extended periods of time.
