Early Fall Cold

Anyone else seem to be getting a dose of a cold before fall hits? This seems to be a reoccurring thing every year... Starting to get somewhat annoyed with it...

Are taking some good quality Vitamin C? No sucrose or corn syrup in the ingredients. Look for buffered. Buffered means your body can absorb it better.

I've been taking Alka Seltzers and Halls Defense daily, trying to keep the cold from getting worse. I think today I'll go buy me some 100% Grape Juice or something without the sugars. Thanks for the tip.
