Have to go get a sleep study tonight. Not goin to be fun AT ALL.
My wife is being scheduled for one and they told me i need one to. They said it is not good to stop breathing when you are sleeping!
How do you try to sleep normal in a strange place with a bed made of cement?

well just got home from it and you dont sleep the bed did feel as though it was made of cement they put a bunch of goop and other crap in your hair and put a hook up a bunch of wires and then your expected to sleep ugg and did i mention im still only 14 i guess it just runs in the family almost everyone on my moms side has to use the breathing machine and including my dad.

CPAP machines are great for sleep apnea
