anyone suffer from degenerated Hip Dysplasia/Osteo

The pain is so unbearable at time, Norcos, vicadent,really dont help anymore, they are wanting to put me on hydromorphone, but kinda scared to use it,morphine just about killed me 3 months ago,anyone else in here suffer from osteo and or Dengenerated Hip dysplaisa,Ive been told mine is beyond repair. if so what do you use for Relief?

I don't have hip dysplasia but I am loaded with osteoarthritis in my hands, spine and hips.

First off, if you're overweight, lose it. Get skinny.

Physical therapy often times helps.

Start out with NSAIDS but when they stop working narcotics will be the only relief until you get hip replacement surgery.

How old are you?

My younger brother had hip replacement last month. Today I stopped by his house and asked him how it was. Said he should have done it
