in my area, that mean the moles are not far behind, always a good sign of Spring!

Had thousands of worms on our hard top parking area a week ago. Mostly mole staple food "garden worms". Our heavy rains don't seem to flood out the night crawlers at least not here.
The song birds and crows got fat for a few days.
