I picked up a small minimag sized flashlight in Lowe's a while ago. I'm pretty impressed! It puts out lots of light and seems to be more durable than the minimag was. It is slightly larger diameter than the minimag, and the sheath had to be reinforced with duct tap as the seams began to rip. If you need an inexpensive, durable light give it a try!

I got one of their headlamps on sale for $16. Not bad...Little tight for my fat head but it turns on every time I need it and that's what counts.

No unexpected turn offs too!
