Wildlife Control Technicians - Looking to Hire

Due to substantial growth we are looking to hire 2-additional Wildlife Control Technicians in the Richmond Virginia market and 2 for the Roanoke Virginia market. Glad you're keeping an open mind about experience. We hired one tech who came out of college and loved the outdoors but had no

trapping experience. The other tech was in the financial field and had practically zero outdoor experience. Both of these guys are

our newest hires but you would never know it by their work. They both got their trapping licenses and pest control licenses and were

out-performing the older guys in about three weeks. Hope you have as much luck as we did.

Rollins was starting at 18.00 plus commission in Seattle,,,,no experience up to 25 with

A grand a week plus commission for 40 hours! Glad they don't pay anything like that around here. That's a lot of money for guys that

don't even seem to know what they're doing half the time. I can just imagine what they have to charge their customers. Those have got

to be some mighty expensive rodents and insects.
