Insurance: Add It Up

After Mr. McGinnis' question about insurance and the lively discussions that developed, I did the unthinkable. I added up the

premiums I pay every year for Life, Health, Personal Auto, and Homeowners. Then I added up what our company pays for Health,

Business Vehicles, Liability, and Workman's Comp. ( I hope I didn't miss any ) I was more than a little surprised so I thought I

would suggest that you guys do it too. If you start feeling depressed, let me know; I pretty sure I can make you happy ( that

you're not me )

Now add up taxes for personal, business.....

I think you will be even more depressed.

Then explain to the customers why we have to charge them. . .
