How many do it? Removing feces (bat/raccoon) and also soiled insulation, then replace it with new stuff. Anyone on here? How to you bid it?
Time and material ? Difficulty? And what do you bid removal and replacement per square foot? Just trying to get an idea. Thanks

Out here you need to be a c2 contractor. Check your laws. That said, I did a small one once. I factored in time and material, with extra time for what could be.

We do all that stuff. I went along and watched a couple of times. That is way too much like work. My son handles that end of the

operation. My wife tells me we do removal and replacement per square foot. Shows how much I know. We must do a good job for the

money because the insurance companies like us.

We do it. The big variables are Sq foot and type/r value of the new insulation.
