I would like to have all new employees about every three years. Those first couple of years everything is new and exciting; after

that it's just work. Although I will say this, the guys that didn't enjoy this business quit very quickly and the guys that loved it

are still here. After the prices I've heard for rabies shots, we are considering putting in a doctor's office as our latest add-on

service. If we expand, we're thinking about southern Minnesota. They seem to be doing well there!

Well I seem to be a magnet for getting bit by critters

Expanding my service area a county over, adding on bats soon, letting go my on call employee/best friend, might replace him
