ill admit to being curious enough to call about this deal today. thankfully nobody was around to talk but I did leave my number... my guess is if you missed the prebid you wouldn't be included in this project. the only 2 bidders thus far is an architectural firm and an excavating company. im curious what they are doing- wire, netting???

Call again the bid got extended. Harassment will be the main focus of the contract.

I am going to call them every 10minutes and shout absurdities. Then they will know that I am the best harasser in the state
