Even after I blocked all the holes they can get in the house through the little b*****s chewed threw and made a new hole right through the seeling. I tried contacking animal control but they were useless. What can I do? They have even chood the sheetrok in my bedroom.

annalyons, click on the 'Wildlife Control Supplies' ad at the top of this page.
Order some squirrel traps.
When you get them, put a spoonful of peanut butter behind the trip pan of each trap and set them out around your property.
Let them go at least ten miles from your home.

Which species of squirrels are causing your problems? Are they the little pine squirrels or larger gray squirrels? What material did you use to block the holes where they are entering your home?
Some squirrel species will chew their way back in, as you've seen. The only way I've successfully keep some species out is to use kill traps.

Colony traps used rite will get em all. Use a couple cage traps outside on the roof to get what ever was out shopping and you should be ready to seal up pretty quick.
I would be more afraid that the brown bears would eat the squirrels in the cages. And besides what everyone says on here, I think you
need to become an expert on squirrels because it sounds like you will have them forever. You have a wooden house in a woods full of
squirrels. I think they call that a "perfect storm". Every time you patch a hole, use steel siding until the entire house is covered.

Catch everyone going thru the hole and or near the whole and shoot them with a pellet rifle just for good meadsure. Then eat them have friend parties and eat some more Squirrel gravy, squirrel and dumplings you will love them. People who eat squirrels hardly have any problem with them,

annalyons, if bears really are an issue, I'd suggest just shooting the squirrels. A pellet gun, .22 caliber rifle or shotgun will work.

Re: Squirrels - 03/16/15 08:46 PM
annalyons,I suggest something similar to the Tomahawk Live Trap M35H, Multiple Catch Trap with 3.5" Doors and Large Holding Area (
http://www.livetrap.com/m35h-multiple-catch-trap-with-3.5-doors-and-large-holding-area.html ). I attach a homemade “nose cone” to the front so that it can be set to cover various squirrel exit situations. I also add a small single door trap, attached to the multi-catch, to catch any squirrels trying to enter.
The M35H is the updated model of the old Tomahawk M-80. This subject is discussed in thread-
http://www.trapperman.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/15184/Squirrels-_Making_cage_traps_f#Post15184 Mothballs are useless as a deterrent. They would also be illegal for use in the U.S. Trap as many squirrels as possible and keep a pellet gun handy. Make all patches/repairs with heavy 1/2 inch mesh hardware cloth of metal flashing material.
Wishing you the best of success.
