We use a unit from Verizon. It can be set to send notifications of speeding, excessive rpm's, engine alerts etc.

Purchase price is about $100 and runs $5 per month.

Used it to confirm an employee was not where he said he was. Also used it to confirm employees had in fact visited jobs that clients were not home and did not think we had been there.

That may not be what you're looking for as it is a tracking unit primarily, but useful none the less.

That sounds good, I dont need a tracker, I just keep track of myself. But for 100 bucks thats not bad.
