30 percent is a good rate,,,,,but I would definitely consider it for the fun and no headaches,,,,,(you quite drinking right?)

Chris, if i could find another tech as good as the ones I already have then yes, I could pay that salary. Important qualifications for me are attention to detail and time management. I don't want to micro manage someone nor do i want to return to a bat job 6 months later to find missed gaps. To make that salary I expect a lot out of someone but they will be treated like family. I tried calling you today to talk about the magnets I received from you, so thanks. They are nice and useful.

your bats start earlier then ours,,,,,I will be there for that season......... $85.00 per hour,,,,,,, I cover travel there and back??????????
