Just saw one, don't imagine much use but man do they look cool!

They have got to be more useful than Pauls $1000 pellet gun at least!

Not sure, but I think it requires a special permit to use one. Even our DNR guys (CPO's) in Illinois are NOT licensed to use them.

I used one once . Borrowed it from the vet, had a longhorn bull caught in a round bale feeder and was walking around with half of it on his horns

Check with YOUR state laws. Not everyone is the same.

Hey, all I need is some .25 caliber syringes and I'm in business. When I first started this business, one of the humane society heads

suggested that I take a course in tranquilizing. She said anyone could buy the equipment but not the liquid. She would get their vet

to write prescriptions for the liquid and I'm guessing she wanted me to work for them in my spare time. I'm not making this up.

California requires 4 hours training with a vet and a firearm class from the college I think

I have for a peacock nobody could get close too...and also a goat that went feral ...Worst than a whitetail

My vet gave me the gun and made up the dosages...

If i worked with bears or lions I would, but realistically, if i spend the $4000, Im going to end up tranqing a possum just sot it wasnt a complete waste LOL.
