32lb Chicken Killer.. - 10/16/14 03:22 AM

I had a Client call me today about a animal killing her chickens . So I went over and did a quick inspection and dropped out two traps, both were SleepyCreek No.4's with big pan modifications.

So fast forward a few hours and my Client calls me and says..Dale, there is something growling loudly out by the chicken coup, I think you caught my problem animal.

So I tell the client I'll be right over and take care of the animal..

32lb bobcat, biggest one I have ever caught and a full rosetta to boot.. I was laughing pretty hard when the boy picked up the cat..

Yes, I used my catch pole, the boy brought the rifle expecting it to be a raccoon.

That is a real beauty! Sure don't get many like that, big one too. Brings back memories and gets the blood flowing thinking I should be in the west again, California. Have always "threatened to return at some point" with some box traps. Thanks for sharing the photo.

Get some meat on that boy, he's about to rupture himself.

I bet he eats like a horse and runs in all off.
