Contract or payment agreement,

Would some be so kind to email me a basic contract or payment agreement I'm doing a somewhat large scale job, for a trailer park, of all places and I don't want to lose my butt on this one. If someone would email me the contract they use & be OK with me editing it that would be greatly appreciated. My rates are extremely reasonable and the job has already been verbally setup.
