Bat person in KC, MO area?

Lady talked to me at length today (by phone)..... 2 or 3 years of bat problems, one or two failed exclusions. She wants someone who REALLY knows how to perform a successful bat exclusion program. Anyone familiar with an experienced bat person in the area? Not the 3 hour seal-up guys, a real bat exclusion person. Thanks. She is begging me to find someone!

Had 2 guys respond to me..... provided her the contact info for both. Both have been doing bat work for 20-plus years. That's a good sign. So many "try" bats for 2 or 3 years and give up. Anyone still doing bat work after 20 years "gets it".
