Water heaters and air handlers/heat are common installs on new construction down here.
BTW, for this reason we should be very cautious in attics as dusts and aerosols and pilot lights can be an explosive mix.
David, that picture was just too much for me. I will have to admit that the inside closure in your picture, looks just like many I have done to keep out raccoons. Surprisingly, the only call-back I got on all those jobs, proved to be a raccoon who couldn't break through my inside closure.
If this site hasn't done anything else, it certainly has highlighted our mistakes and made our businesses as professional as any. And it is people like you that make it that way! Warrior may not be the most popular guy on this site ( Because he has no problem telling the truth ) but he should be!
