Honest and quick the right thing to do I like that. I'm glad they didn't ask a lawyer who told them they weren't allowed to give you back your money and I hope they don't get in trouble with the IRS for doing the right thing;-)

Yes if anyone piad the late registration they will get a refund. If you don't just call NYSWMA and they will make it right.
