Sliding garage door exclusion - 09/26/13 03:01 AM
I was contacted by a local feed store that has been having issues wit whistle pigs (Marmots) they are getting into theyre over flow bagged feed storage building. Now the plan is to remove the Marmots from the area and then seal off the building. Now the only spot on the building that i am not 100% sure on how to keep a marmot out is the 20 foot sliding door in the front. Now the door needs to stay open during the day so vehicles and fork lifts can come in and out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks guys

When I worked at PPG, the fork trucks had garage door openers.

How would I price it? I'd price it like a service. Trip fee/ bait/fuel/hassle ...7 days trapping every month... Depending on distance from home/ office/ 500.00-1k per week of service

if these are yellow bellies he is talking about they hibernate, and glenwood sees some snow so it wouldn't be very productive in the winter.

What is a marmot guard? And where do I find the info on it?

They are yellow bellies and they have already started to hybernate this is in the town of Carbondale so this job won't even start until next spring

Gas cartridges once they go into hibernation, as long as the dens aren't near the building. Check back in the spring to see how many, if any, survived.

I'm pretty sure you can get marmot guards from the same company that builds chupacabra traps.
