I roll the wifes window down when we go through the car wash.....

I built the worlds largest beaver trap and caught a beaver in it the first night . Took a couple pictures and put the phone in my upper pocket . Was putting the trap back in my new creek and the phone feel in the creek . so now I got the phone in rice hope I can't get to the pictures .

I gave a customer a $75.00 discount on a bat job because we were going to get it done in one trip (told the customer it would take at least 2 trips when I did my initial inspection), he asked for the discount and
I obliged............only to have my worker miss step and put his foot thru the ceiling while finishing things up.
The customer had a repair man doing some painting while we were there. Ended up having to pay $100 for the repair.

And that's why I don't give discounts any more...

After looking at the insides of the vehicles that our technicians drive; leaving all the doors and windows open in a car wash could only help!
