Prayers Requested

My best friend just went in this morning for a liver transfer, in fact he is in surgery as I write this.

He lost his right arm in a farming accident in 1981 and contracted Hepatitus C from the blood tranfusions in saving his life.

Some of you may have met him, as he gave a safety presentation at one of the WCT Seminars in Vegas. His name is Leroy Billman and I ask you to say a prayer for him and his family.

Leroy's surgery was successful. He will now spend several days in the S-ICU. Hopefully everything will go according to plan and he will have a successful recovery. From what I understand it will take about 6-12 months.

Leroy has taken a turn and is back in surgery today due to internal bleeding.

For anyone following along, Leroy had his second surgery and has been placed under full sedation to allow his ventilator to breath for him. He was fighting the ventilator (typical as he has a lot of fight in him).

They will try to slowly wake him today and take him off of it.
