special permit tag for adc trapping

I work at a local saw mill and was approached by my supervisor about helping eleminate the racoon and woodchuck problem we have here as the damaging our lumber.was wondering if this is considered adc work and if so do I need to go get a special permit to do the adc?any info will be helpful
